Ordered only mocha ( which had a chocolate taste, zero coffee). I was meant to order a sandwich or cake for my drink but I've noticed that the products were not very fresh looking , unfortunately the place doesn't look hygienic. My friends( living in the area) told me that this place used to have a different drinks menu , a better one. I had multiple pics but deleted them by mistake.

Ordered breakfast regularly, was always very tasty but never got delivered in time. If they give you a time slot 1-1.5 hours or „your food will be there at x o’clock“ don’t expect your food to be delivered in time. Today I ordered some dinners and cakes. Driver finally delivered (I ordered at 10am, was told it’ll be at mine between 12-1 but definitely before 1 and it obviously got here after 1) but wanted to keep the change without me confirming anything, then was quiet shocked about my reaction to wanting all of my change back (I love to give tip for good service btw but today was a catastrophe). Opened the bag, they also didn’t deliver all items I ordered, so I called. They said they send another apple crumble over that’s what I got - delicious burnt (?) cake. Definitely lost us as a customer today. The reaction of the staff on the phone wasn’t very customer friendly was basically telling me I don’t need to over react. Sad, because breakfast was always nice but I’m sure there’s better places to go to.

Awful Food Waited 35 minutes for Food that was horrible Poor Management Looks like staff took a dirty plate of one of the tables to serve our food on Manager tried telling us she can’t offer us a refund for poor quality food that we had not even touched also kept telling how the owner is very Ill but then when we asked the staff for the owners details they said that she was the owner who was claiming she wasn’t

Rosie's Cafe.. what can I say. I have lived in Jarrow 20 Years, and Rosie's has been around for a while but have always just walked past thinking it was just a tea/coffee shop. Curiosity got the better of me as I really wanted a Breakfast but Morrison's one is expensive and quality is poor.Decided to take a peek inside and check the menu out only to find they do a lot of English hot food meals which is right up my alley.At the end I got a mega Breakfast box for £12 with 4 of everything in it. This was enough for 3 people to share. Bacon was not dry, sausages were nice. The family really enjoyed it.Next day I went back but this time a Mince and Dumping with Mash, Veg and Gravy. What a meal. I have not had a more satisfying mince and dumplings than this in a long long time.Looks like they will have a new regular customer.

I have to say I have ate out at many of places. Hotels, Restaurants, Cafe… But this place beats anywhere hands down. The food is Fresh! Always cooked to perfection and this isn’t just the burgers!!! It’s every meal I have had cooked from here… the staff go above and beyond. Over 5 star if I could rate the place.

Waited best part of an hour for breakfast to be served on a dirty plate. Spoke to manager who said she didn’t have the authority to replace or refund. Turns out they wasn’t the manager but was the owner. No customer service skills.

We have been coming here every week since our granddaughter was a baby she is now five and loves the place too. Staff are friendly and welcoming and food is delicious.

Brilliant food for wedding on 3rd June. Very professional and efficient. Would recommend Rosies Cafe for any catering needs. Catered for gluten free. Cheers
