Fabulous care! From my tiny Tatty bunny to our traumatic puppy delivery out of hours, John and his team have been amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I never worry that the animals will get anything less than 5 star care. So a huge ''thankyou'' to everyone :-)

It was lovely to meet the new team on Tuesday. John has always treated our pets, great and small, with care, compassion, respect and knowledge. It’s great to see him back in his element, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the team at Taylor Vets to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. Within 10 minutes of calling my dog Belle was already being seen by the wonderful vet John. She was having an allergic reaction and they put me and Belle at ease. The diagnosis was so quick and the right medication has lead to a speedy recovery for Belle. I couldn’t thank the whole team enough, they are all truly amazing!

Such a caring, warm and friendly practice. Getting toward the end of our pet's life, and we couldn't ask for more. Receptionists have been lovely during phone calls and in person, and John has been super supportive and reassuring towards the choices we are having to make about our family pet.

Every visit so far has been amazing. The reception staff are kind, courteous & helpful from the moment you call to book an appointment to the moment you arrive at the practice and have been especially helpful in navigating the space for my nervous girl.John has been incredible with both my dogs, giving us time and showing compassion when discussing lengthy history and committing to help get to the bottom of some on-going medical issues.The vet nurses are all wonderful, kind & patient and will go above & beyond to help ensure both you and your pets are at ease when there.Thank you all for being so brilliant with an already frequent visitor!

Took my kitten to be vaccinated and signed up to their monthly pay plan which includes vaccinations and flea and worming treatments. I didn’t have to wait, was seen on time. John is so lovely, kitten took to him straight away. He explained everything to me and booked us in for microchip and castration. So friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and felt very well looked after. The receptionists were all so friendly and inviting and I felt like I was visiting friends. Even the kitten was fussed over, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
