Very friendly team and the classes are motivating. The thing I like best is the variation between each class, no class is the same.As someone who had never tried boxing before, I found them very welcoming and patient with beginners. At the same time the discipline is there - as it should be.Highly recommended if you want to learn the art of boxing or just keep fit in a fun way. Thanks everyone for the lessons so far - 10 stars!

A wonderful Boxing Gym. Andras the trainer is amazing. He manages to get the very best out of me and I'm still smiling after. The classes are a lot of fun and I've made lots of friends. If you just want a fun way to get fitter, or want to improve your boxing, the gym has classes to suit. There's quite a varied amount of equipment at the gym and there's a really friendly atmosphere whenever I go. I love that everyone tries to help each other and all I see is smiles when I attend. Fantastic place.

Friendly and welcoming from receptionist, boxers down to coach Hizo. Very clean environment. 5 minute walk from the station.Coach Hizo watches everyone and corrects poor technique in an encouraging and friendly manner.Couldn't of asked for a better place to start boxing
