I strongly recommend this company. I bought a large Bestway pool from MadFun in the summer. I ordered over the phone and spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable lady. The order was delivered within a couple of days without any issues. The pool was easy to put up and was the best thing we bought all summer; we used it constantly during the heatwave. I will use Madfun again without hesitation.

!!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!I really wish I could give zero stars. I dont even know where to begin. Ordered a pool over 3 weeks ago, and they still cant even tell me where my parcel is (£800 to be precise) I have had to email over 50 times ,and each reply has been lie after lie. Absolutely shocking customer service. I have spent over 6 hours (yes, 6 full hours of my own time) on the phone to their courier and oh my, they are even worse. Lie after lie. Constantly brushed off. Constantly told we have emailed please be patient". I could honestly go on for hours but I'm so exhausted with this whole experience. I'm a key worker and the added stress of this is unreal. I fully understand there is a pandemic

I have also left this review on Trustpilot.Shockingly poor customer service.The item we ordered did not arrive within the delivery time frame specified on their website. We chased them and they promised to deliver within (another) 48 hours. The item STILL did not arrive and so we asked to cancel the order. We attempted to phone them - our calls were never answered, and so we contacted them by email to cancel. Following our cancellation email, they sent a dispatch notice (!) and told us we could no longer cancel even though we had contacted them before the item had been dispatched. Their phone lines are never manned, and despite repeated attempts asking for a call back we heard nothing. Their email replies were sarcastic and unhelpful in tone. My advise, DO NOT buy from this company. They do not have the capacity to deal with their customers professionally or appropriately, and the experience of shopping with them has been wholly inefficient.

Contrary to some of the other reviews, I’ve been really impressed with the customer service and delivery timelines. I think everyone realises that times have been tricky for smaller companies logistic chains and that this has been compounded by the fact that hot tubs and above ground pools have been a ‘must have’ purchase over the lockdown period, so I expected some time to get the products we ordered....In context and for comparison, I’d ordered from another similar competitor company online (I won’t name them, but you’ll read their really dreadful reviews!) but I can only assume their business model was based on half truths, incompetence, ignoring customer requests and responses - a truly bizarre method of business! I ordered and paid for ‘in stock’ items that were clearly not in stock- it’s funny that the courier could lose so many separate orders...anyway, enough about that truly dreadful experience...I finally (6 weeks!) have a refund.By contrast, Madfun were honest (nobody minds waiting if you’re told it’s happening), comms were great (emails were answered), information was available (Madfun sent proactive emails to inform me of timelines and managed expectations) and the items (3 separate orders) pitched up as advertised (which was earlier than expected, so made us feel good). They were a bit more expensive than others is the only downside...I’ve used Madfun before for a large trampoline (5 years ago) and had no problems then either- so ignore some of the more excitable reviews on here and go with it... also it’s telling that the owner puts his name on the responses on here, which should probably tell you something positive about his integrity and honesty...

I think most of the negative reviews are unfair. I ordered glass medium for my pool filter pump and it was delivered extremely fast at a very good price.I will be using them again. Good company, good customer service.

I ordered a trampoline for my child, never having owned one I was a little reticent to order online. I had no cause to be, fantastic, helpful, friendly advice and good old fashioned customer service throughout. Great comms, swift delivery and build...one happy parent, one ecstatically happy young boy. Many thanks

We bought a swingset for my daughter's 3rd birthday, delivery was super quick. Unfortunately we had an issue with one of the screws but madfun sent a replacement really quickly and the kids love it!Great service :)

Appalling customer service. Avoid at all cost. We spent £900 on a trampoline for my autistic daughter with next day delivery. It didn't arrive. Waited in another day, arrived with a box missing. Waited another day and the missing box arrived broken with damaged parts (even the bolts were missing). Contacted customer services again who said all they can do is order the replacement parts from the manufacturer. So I waited several more days, the missing parts arrived with a can of spray paint for me to paint over" the scuffs. Yep

Shame there are no more rating stars !. Fabulous services ordered late afternoon and it arrived the following day. Had one issue and contacted them, spoke with Sy who was fab in responding and sorting issue out , Will definitely be using Madfun again and certainly recommend to friends who have the same swimming pool as us. Great job madfun ....

Very disappointed with their service. We bought a 15ft swimming pool from them, at first, they said its been dispatched but we haven't had and confirmation about delivery date which was disappointing, however, after many emails it has eventually arrived after two weeks.Our main concern was that it was delivered by some dodgy company and the delivery guy literally left the pool in our driveway and runaway. The box was ripped off and was extremely heavy to lift up all by myself to our main door, hence why he runaway and never knocked on our door as we saw on our ring bell!!The box was so damaged that some parts of the ladder was broken. We again emailed the Madfun about this issue but they just washed their hands by a reply that we should contact the pool company BESTWAY ourselves and we should basically get lost!! We understand that some delivery companies have suffered due to COVID-19, however, customer service should not be affected in such way.
