Called Craig in to look at damp issues identified on house survey. Always turned up when he said he would, explained the remedies available and Craig and Jack completed the job to a high standard, giving the area a good clean afterwards. Carpet was well covered over, you'd not know there had been any work done in the area. Would definitely recommend and will be getting Damptech in to board and plaster ceiling in same room. Craig at Damp Tech has been advising us on some damp issues in our front room and I'm so glad we initially called them! He's been so helpful and professional and has definitely helped set my mind at rest when it comes to tackling renovating the room (some Google searches had left me somewhat panicked!) - I can't recommend them enough! He's advised us on work we can do ourselves to prep the room ready for them to damp proof - this has taken us a a bit of time to tackle (fitting it around work) but I've been remiss in not leaving a review earlier as I'd have recommended them from the get go!

We have consistently had excellent communication with Craig and Anne. They are extremely hard working and Craig looks at whatever work that needs to be done from a holistic point of view.They are well worth talking to for advice as Craig visited us several times explaining that before he could commence any work we needed to get our roof and gutter checked out which was the cause of damp issues in a bedroom. Once that was sorted he came back at short notice to do the plastering work for us.He also advised us regards another issue in the cellar saving us a lot of money, when he could have easily fobbed us off with having to buy another product and doing the work himself, when it was an easy simple job for ourselves.We definitely recommend them and would use them again.Thank you.

After buying our house we found damp issues. Craig was very helpful during the process of fighting on with the survey company to get a pay out to fix the work. He was professional and not pushy. He helped make the bill cheaper for us by suggesting bits we could do ourselves in between and the preparation work. He completed damp course and plastering work.We recently had him back for more plastering in a different room. Again, very helpful. Even though he's busy he fit us in very quickly so we could continue the rest of the work.

We had Craig in to address a damp issue in our dining room wall! I have used a few different damp proofing companies but Damp Tech are way ahead . Craig is very experienced and knowledgeable and takes a real pride in his work . He is up to date with all the latest products and methods so can recommend best solutions. He quite openly gave me a fixed price before starting and kept to it even when the job was more difficult than expected. I shouldnt really recommend him as he will end up too busy to do my jobs :) !!! Even turns up when he says he is going to !

Had Craig come to look at my house which is old stone house and damp on most walls. Previously I had another firm in to quote me to make good and the price was unbelievable. Not sitting right and feeling as I was getting taken to the cleaners I had Craig come round to have a look. Straight away you could tell he knew his stuff as he explained what needed doing and what didn't need doing. The firm before had me making the decisions but I'd got them in to tell me what needed doing as they were supposed to be the experts. The honesty in Craig is unbelievable in this day and age as he could of under cut the other firm by thousands of pounds and I'd of been happy.
