Really unhelpful service my dad had a terminal illness and needed a rocket drain bottle the pharmacy advised they could not get these from their suppliers, I called rocket directly and they advised that if the pharmacy called them diirect they would be able to set up an account with them directly which would take 5 minutes and the bottles could be supplied within a couple of days, Avondale pharmacy were unwilling to do this, thank goodness halliwell pharmacy where happy to help.

Great service, very polite people and very helpful.I have not had one problem with them as I have problems with the majority of pharmacy's in Bolton.This one is by far the best chemist.Thank you

Poor service usually, whenever I go according to their opening hours they seem to think its ok to close at whatever time they wish. Previously I needed medicine in the early afternoon, according to opening hours its open, but it was closed.... today again closing time is 6pm but 5.40 they're closed, seriously unreliable I'd never come here again if my surgery wasn't directly send meds here, which I will also request not to going forward

An amazing team who are always so helpful & polite. Took my son for a consultation, the pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable & provided us with over the counter medication. The staff always go above & beyond to meet patients needs. Keep it up!

Highly recommend this pharmacy.. Amazing service, staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Got my medication very quickly and pharmacist was helpful in giving information never been disappointed with the service. The girls always have a smile on their face and are very welcoming !!

Such a well managed pharmacy, Staff always so helpful & always sort my prescriptions quickly if anything isn’t in they’ll source it for you no problem and have it ready asap. Alma is especially helpful in updating me on my prescriptions and explaining any of my medications to me.

I think that Pharmavon at Dalefield Surgery is everything a local pharmacy should be. They're well stocked with both prescription medication and over the counter products. They've usually have anything I need such as syrup or cough capsules during flu season. They're very efficient at getting my repeat prescriptions ready for pick up too. The team are welcoming, friendly and well informed. I always feel supported and cared for. They have a private and comfortable consulting room; and can support you with, for example, diabetes, weight loss, blood pressure and, of course, any immediate healthcare concerns you might have. Services that I have used over the years with great success. Pharmavon at Dalefield Surgery is a great community pharmacy. They're an asset to the community. I think they are great - 10/10!

Today my Daughter aged 23 went to pick up my morphine meds, no-one asked her who she was, for ID or the Address. Worse is the box in the bag was not even in the safe but on the counter which was picked up and handed over no Questions asked.

It's an excellent pharmacy team at Pharmavon on Avondale Street. They're always so approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They're very efficient too. My prescriptions are fulfilled quickly and on the counter in no time at all. They're also very good at giving bespoke advice in relation to over the counter medicines and other products. They are always well stocked when it comes to prescription medication. I don't know when I last needed a reminder slip. I would fully recommended using all of the services available at Pharmavon on Avondale Street - super staff and service.
