Dangerous to your health the rice was mouldy I haven’t seen anything like it. It was at the bottom of the packet so had no idea and it will have contaminated the rest of the pack and we had eaten them. I had only placed the order in February order number #6325. While they have sent out a replacement pack I haven’t heard why this had happened despite chasing them twice and them saying they would be in touch within 7 days to give me an explanation. I am left with the feeling that they don’t care.

Absolutely non professional staff. I have bought 6 pack of rice from Morrison, opened one it was new broken low quality rice. I was seeking refund of rest of five packs, have been advised to get to Veetee for refund. Lynn Brown ( ext218) was the complainant handler, initial she seems very professional ask for sample which I sent to them they agreed to issue the refund, took my details but since then she is winding me up. I have emailed them several times left numerous messages never get back to me. I don’t do reviews like this but left me no choice to highlight here. Hope someone get back to me.

Very bad experience i never had befor.Waste of money.i bought 20 kg veet rice for 32 pounds but the quilty of rice is very low.I bought basmati rice but they are vey small and tiny does not grow longer.

Nice people want to be bored then work for them.

Bought their 10kg badshah rice from morrison but they were all broken not basmati rice. I complained, asked for the sample which has been received by them but its been two weeks as their quality team is investigating.. What a joke!!!

I had a problem with a single packet of sticky rice got in touch with veetee absolutely no problem in helping me very quick in replying and sorting out said item and sent me in double quick time some replacements . I have delivery on a regular basis love the sticky rice and jasmine my preferred taste

Here in Northern Spain their Pilau rice is available in ALCAMPO supermarkets. Tried some and it's wonderful. Stir fried it rather than microwaved with a little sesame oil...bliss.

This company and website is excellent. my son only eat's this rice and since lockldown i was unable to get it from supermarkets online. i found the website and now order regular. they deliver next day for free plus the pots are cheeper than i used to pay in the supermarkets. would recommend ordering online. Thai Jasmie is the best, but aslso like basmati one :)

Similar story to other reviews - my pack had serious mould on it (mouldy rice can be fatal!) I reported this to Veetee and they promised to send me a replacement. I did receive a report from their technical team, but almost a month later I have yet to receive any refund or compensation.When I chased this up I was advised I hadn't provided my address details, but I had clearly provided these in my email.I wouldn't trust this company - they clearly have no regard for customer care.Update: they did finally replace my items hence the extra star but I had to chase every step of the way
