Co-ops very own Cerys is a ray of sunshine always bright, friendly, smiley which makes her stand out a mile. She deserves recognition for her customer care, where most in shops these days no smile and no interest in you just a transaction.I often think about some elderly people and the only person they'll speak to all day is the person in the shop so that's why what Cerys does is so grand. Give the girl a raise x

I find that it is a really convenient shop but a bit over priced compared to the usual supermarkets. It always has the stuff that I need for that day which is good being stocked like that.

You can queue for ages. Stock levels on cigarettes are dreadful, often not got the brand I smoke. A few of the staff are friendly and helpful but sadly a few are rude.Store rarely looks tidy or clean.

Certain types of food are constantly out of stock every day, completely unreliable. I don't know if it's just an issue with slow shelf restocking or what but it's so annoying.

Visited today as my local store and never anything less than kind friendly staff:) spoke with Erin and Hayley today and their customer service is excellent. Nothing too much trouble and always friendly. The staff here deserve more recognition than they get or they will be snapped up elsewhere:)

They allegedly have a 5 items for 6 pounds deal. I tried to get 5 items for 6 pounds. They didn't have 1 of the items. So they don't replace anything, they just try and charge you for all of it. I've talked to several other people who've tried to get the deal and they've all said the same. Almost certainly a con to dupe students. This place used to be alright - open late and friendly staff. Now just an expensive, poorly run nightmare. Apparently its nickname is the worst shop in the whole of Bournemouth". I can see why."

Rude shop keeper forcing people to leave 10 minutes before closing time also why is closing time 7pm? Shops becoming a waste of space..Also I don't buy blaming time changes on covid.

I do apologise for my descriptions but...There are two gentlemen who work quite reguarly, one man with coloured red hair and another with tattoos and piercings, and everytime without fail their customer service is incredible. Always wishes me a good day and ask how I am- as a stressed out student friendly faces are always needed! smiling and just cheerful in general.These two men definetly deserve more recognition.

Massively disappointed at the hours reduction, from 10pm to 7pm which has had a massive knock on - there's now nowhere in the local area for food besides off licences after 7pm. If you work day shifts The Co-Op doesnt care about you!
