My father is in a care home which your staff monitor, My father likes his independence in his care home but one of your staff kept trying to help him to the toilet, my father told him to stop but would not listen and continued to help him. This untrained worker of your goes by the name Jordan according to my father who was very annoyed and upset when I last visited him!!!
