Honestly, I had an amazing appointment with Jenny, she has been brilliant giving advice, reassurance, teaching me about pelvic floor and labour postures. So kind and gentle and making me feel at ease at all times. She is so knowledgable and makes you feel so safe and supported. I couldn’t recommend it enough to go see her before labour and after!!!

Physio Effect
I saw Danny for ongoing sciatic pain. He was great at explaining what was happening anatomically and what normally happens in cases like mine. He also gave me great exercises to use at home and with my personal trainer. It was a great session.

Mariam has supported my post partum journey after my first baby. I went on recommendation from other women that attended her clinic, She has made a remarkable difference to my second pregnancy and supporting me from everything with back pain, getting back to training as well as now getting prepared for my birth. An exceptional, knowledgeable and caring person who I would highly recommend. Always treating you with compassion, kindness and integrity the service from all the staff at the clinic is highly recommended.

Had my first appointment last night and was impressed by the service I received from the physiotherapist. Explained everything to me with regard recovery to all the hands on work she was doing. Never pressured to do anything that was uncomfortable to me. Jenny was very pleasant and easy to get on with. Fingers crossed for a reasonably quick recovery. Highly recommend Physio Effect.

Physio Effect
It was my first time seeing a physio and I didn't know what to expect; I had been worried that I had a terrible back injury, however Jonny was able to quickly identify the cause of my back pain as if his hands were some sort of magical interface capable of communicating with my musculoskeletal system via touch.My mind has been put at rest and I now feel hopeful that I can be free from back pain if I follow his advice and continue receiving treatment; Acupuncture was a new and weird feeling, but in a good way and nothing to feel nervous about.
