Called practice 203 times from 07.58 until 09.00, to finally be put in a queue of 19. Eventually was answered by Ann. Explaining A&E 7 days previously, was very bluntly told no appointments available, there are are 4 lines for the phones, it's a very busy practice and to phone back at 11am for a phone consultation. No attempt by Ann was made to ascertain the severity of problem and certainly no help from this cold 'health professional'

Website to order repeat prescriptions down 404 error, been on the phone for 2 hours, from position 7 in the queue only for the phone to ring and ring for another hour and no on answers it, what are patients supposed to do in this situation??? Third world countries receive better service than this

After riniging multiple times, finally someone answered the phone. Then got told to call back next week at 8am as there are no appointments. Absolute joke of a medical practice now.It used to be good but the last few times it's taken far too long to get a call answered, then the receptionist refuses to give appointments. Eventually after having to do a telephone call with a doctor (IF they bother to call), then you are allowed an appointment, there hardly any people at the centre anyway.If I could move to a different GP I would, but the closest one to me isn't accepting any new people. Wish I'd never joined this one

Absolute angel at reception who gave me money for the bus. I would of been stranded and caused lots of injury to myself otherwise. Thank you so much.

I was with this practice for 4 years. I have just moved out of their catchment area. I can only hope my new practice is as good.People need to understand that the reception staff get a lot of undeserved abuse. Give them a bloody chance and you'll be well treated. Whenever I've called the reception they have been exceptionally helpful, kind and understanding. They have a job, their job is to make sure you see the right person. I extend my thanks to the lovely and professional reception staff.I'd also like to extend a thanks to Lucy, the mental health nurse. A star who understands how mental health can affect someone.And to Dr John Burns. Thank you for your excellent and professional help. I cannot express my thanks enough.

Absolutely shambolic. Dialled in at 08:00 and started at number 18 in the line. Got to number one only for it to spend 7 minutes ringing and no answer before getting cut off. Called back in again same deal. 78 times in one morning to call and get a hold of someone only to find I can’t make the appointments required for medications and treatment for organ failure. Absolute shambolic performance and not one I’m likely to stay registered with at this rate

Unhelpful receptionist who made me feel stupid for not knowing exactly who to ask for help for an issue I've never had before, and this was after she hung up the first time I called. However, was called back later with the offer of an appointment, which was a positive response.

I was on hold for 4.5h. Actually managed to get to the front of the queue at which point the other end just kept beeping until I hung up an hour later. Started calling them at 8AM but the line was busy until 9AM. Obviously the receptionist could not care less about doing their job
