I was overjoyed at the valuation I was given and was even more impressed at Jame's local knowledge and understanding of the market. I felt completely reassured that the valuation price would indeed be achieved. James did the viewings and just two days later my house was sold. The whole process then went so smoothly as it was overseen by Ann - she keeps you fully updated with weekly emails about how your sale is proceeding.
