Fujian White Crane Kung Fu

The instructor of this class clearly knows his stuff and teaches kung fu in a very supportive way with careful attention to detail. I learned a variety of applications and techniques to practise - plus the class itself was a good workout!

The instructor, Josh, has a real understanding of Kung Fu, and teaches each person in the way which is right for them. The class was a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun. It's not local for me, so I had to drive quite a way to get there, but it was definitely worthwhile. The class is suitable for complete beginners and also for those (like me) with previous experience of martial arts. You don't need any level of physical fitness to take part - you'll gain that from training. So don't worry if you can't do a press-up!

FWC itself benefits from an extensive international and national network and an engaging web presence. I would recommend to any who are looking for a physical and mental challenge.

Learning White Crane Kung Fu under Josh has been an exciting and enjoyable experience, one I intend to continue for many years to come. My physical health has improved significantly and so has my understanding of how my body works. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in practicing a fulfilling martial art.
