Chinook helicopter are brilliant. Watching one in action at Toddbrook reservoir Whaley bridge.The price way can place bags of aggregate in broken dam is amazing.pinpoint accuracy. Shows how well pilots are trained. The crews have worked tirelessly for several days to repair dam.

Based there with the fire and rescue team during the mid 1980,s. Was and still seems an amazing place set within a lovely area of the uk. Best wishes to the awesome people who serve there.

Amazing place! Went here with my college for the day to see there departments and have to say their fire and rescue team are the best out of them all.It's amazing to see all their facilities and the RAF get tonnes of benefits for joining atm so would recommend joining if you want to stay in a hotel.Spaghetti Bolognese was nice but they wouldn't let us have cheese or garlic bread do I was disappointed. Got to see the Chinooks and they were so cool. Dog handling team are amazing!

WHY ( if it’s so popular)Does Odium have a “registered app.”To complain about low flying craft.Why have an App.Why not do it in the first place..

Stayed in the WOs' mess recently and was vividley reminded how far the decade of severe cut backs have affected the human aspects of service life.Buildings literally falling to pieces, intermittent heating and questionable contract catering.On the plus side the Mess did have the worlds allocation of Chesterfields - random!
