A very interesting bar for students. Has quite a long wait time but over than that it's an alright place. The place is generally a classic place to be. The seats aren't the best, but they do the job. Great for social groups. There is easy access in and out.

Cheap food which is actually pretty good! (I'm looking at you nachos) Decent drinks for reasonable prices with the exception of the gins which is quite pricy.

We met one of my daughters friends who is at York Uni, I was amazed this was a student run bar. The food was excellent filling and well presented. The all student staff were very friendly and efficient and the bar was spotlessly clean. All in all something the university can be c ve proud of.

I do not love sitting in this drinking place and sitting in that all that much but did try a drink called alcohol free Brandy for the first time that was an experience.
