DO NOT GET YOUR SOFA cleaned off this company.He has ruined my grandmas sofa. He has left it an absolute state and has not responded to any text messages either and blocked me. Photos as evidence attached to this post.Left marks all over. We now on day 3 and the sofa is still soaking. Left muck all over it. Couldn’t get 2 stains out and left lines all over the sofa.EDIT- it was not £30.00 you got paid at all- it wasn’t unrealistic expectations at all- what’s not professional is you are now lying on your response to my review- SOFA IS STILL WET 4 DAYS LATER- SOFA IS STICKY assuming this is residue off whatever liquid you have used.I have tried to contact you to resolve this for 3 days before writing this review.- 3 DAYS and you still have not responded to complaint personally via telephone.- I Have never wrote a review ever slating a business but when you cannot respond, and I am unhappy with the outcome.
