Your opening hours state 12, however different times on your door, closes at 10am2 hours a day, ridiculous

No problems with the staff or it's locality which is much better than the competition. My issue is the opening hours, I would have liked it to open later.

Ever is so lovely and friendly when I collect or drop off parcels. They are so helpful especially the lovely chap on the desk who is always smiling thank you x

Parcel delivery driver who always returns my parcels to a post office (Bramhall) which, I cannot access as I use a manual wheelchair; he knows this. He doesn't even knock! Or even write his i/d № on the 'collections' card.He could take it to the P.O. where I live (Poynton). I know who it is and I can't wait to see him again wheelchair or not!!I have just spoken to the P.O. Control, she was unsympathetic to me but, was sympathetic to the delivery driver; However, she did kindly rearrange for a delivery.It is one person doing this, all the other post staff have been and are fantastic and I thank them for it.Please ensure that when my car in the drive I am in lying in the room upstairs; knock so I can hear and wait a matter of 60 seconds for me or just put the item inside my front door which is unlocked!!Thank you for putting me through all this, you know who you are.SK12 1ER (in the corner)

Great place to work. Lost 3st and much healthier and fitter. Cancelled gym membership as RM pay me to get fit! Toilets but no restrooms, no time to rest you're here to work.

Very hard to park unhelpful and unfriendly staff not easily accessible and slightly erratic opening hours.

The RM app is useless. Why do you have to register to find out when a post office is open? I googled the answer instead and got the answer instantly.

Only open 2 hours a day and early too. Not open Wednesday. Too many options to be inconvenienced in that way, pandemic or no pandemic.

Usual shoddy experience, parcel lost, parcel put down the side of the house but no card put through etc etc- meanwhile, ive been 3 times in the last few weeks to collect, shut every time- check website for latest times"- how about "update to actual opening times" ?? Roll on them going bust so other companies can take over and offer a modern
