Evans estates sold my mother's property. I've got to say the staff and the owner Catrin in particular were polite and communicated the process clearly. There were issues with the buyers of the property but Evans estates kept us informed throughout. The property was fairly valuated and advertised well.I would 100% recommend Evans Estates and will be using them again if we sell in the future. Outstanding Estate agent. Helped me find a house rapidly. Was there for me every step of the way and was open to emails, texts and phone calls to answer my questions and resolve issues I had.They went over and above their duties in helping gather information for me and resolve delays in the process.All emails and answerphone messages were answered at the most within 1 hour. But the majority within 15 - 30 mins.Would recommend you use their services!

Evans Lettings dealt with the rental (for 8 years) and sale of a property(2023) that I owned in Tycroes area. Catrin and her team have always provided a professional service, supporting all of my requirements of administering the property in a location far away from where I was based. Despite some challenging times through the final sales period, the team’s commitment meant a smooth final transition and completion of sale. I can only recommend their services.
