Cornhill Quarter
An excellent job on renovation, depressing that it has been taken over by chain eateries.

If you are visiting Lincoln, it is worth checking out how the city has sympathetically preserved the Cornhill Quarter. This was my first ever visit to Lincoln and there is a lot to see but I was impressed with this area, some of which is still under development, and the incorporation of modern shopping units alongside the quaint Victorian (or maybe earlier) terraced buildings. I’d love to know more about this area and would be interested to see it again when developments such as the market have been completed. There’s a nice area for guys like me to sit whilst our other half’s shopping. There’s some street cafes and room for some street entertainment too. Well done, Lincoln.

Cornhill Quarter
Wide variety of shops and restaurants, lots of seating. Access from Lincoln City's main multi storey car park, bus station and railway station. Central to the Brayford pool and river cruise and adjoining Lincoln University
