Fantastic dining experience. Went to Muse for a date night and it thoroughly exceeded expectations. Literally couldn’t fault a thing. Every dish was delicious and the service was super friendly and attentive. Decor and atmosphere also was great…. Easily 5 stars!

I recently visited the MUSE Brasserie in Bristol, and was so pleased with my experience! The food was absolutely delicious and had a wonderful variety.Every single dish that I ordered was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The staff were amazing as well; they made sure that every one of my requests were met, and provided great service throughout the meal. They accommodated to my egg and nut allergy very well, checked everything I would want.I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a fantastic dining experience.

A lovely evening, great company and delicious food. The flavours were magnificent and the presentation amazing. Cocktails to start the evening with a personal speciality from Sonny and topped off with the Happiest Hipo - a desert cocktail not to be missed! I’ll be back.

Delicious food and drink. Very high end with fantastic service. The Summer special of duck was out of this world! The cocktail lemon meringue pie was excellent too. I also had the scallops to start which was beautifully presented but I found the melon to overwhelm the scallops. The happy hippo cocktail also was lacking with as it was a bit watery. This could have been avoided by creating as a martini rather than a short drink. However these are very minor things and everything else my party had was exquisite!

Incredible restaurant.. amazing atmosphere, friendly professional staff. The food was out of this world! Great tastes and fusions of flavours and good portions. The cauliflower steak was insanely good - thank you for a wonderful evening and food service

Beautiful food in a gorgeous restaurant. The staff were exceedingly friendly and made the whole night rather special. For a restaurant that has only opened its doors in the last 4 months, everything ran very smoothly indeed. I would give this restaurant 5 stars all the way for its service and food.Definitely make a trip here for a lovely night out.

Lovely place with great service and superb food. We asked fir some nibbles when we arrived. Yes, no problem, we have nuts and olives, but have you tried the deep fried okra. No we hadn't, but we did and it was great and different for a change. Then we had the bouillabaisse (heavy on the fish and delicious sauce and light on the accompaniments... ie perfect) and the catch of the day which was wrapped in a banana(?) leaf and tasted great. Both mains were served under glass cloches filled with smoke, so the theatre wasn't lacking either. Highly recommended.
