My mother has been at the care home since 2017 and is well looked after. We are all very happy with the Staff, Cleanliness, Care and comfort provided for my 96 year old mother. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the Manager, Mary, is very helpful, understanding and welcoming. If you are looking for a care home then do consider Beech Court!

Mum has been at Beech Court now for 18 months and during this time we have visited almost every day. I have nothing but praise for the staff, they always have a kind word and keep frequent checks that mum is ok. Mum is always clean and comfortable, she is washed and changed daily and often multiple times, we know this as we elected to take her washing to do this at home and there is always plenty of it! The staff are happy to accommodate mums preferences. For example, she often wakes during the night and they are happy to bring her tea and a snack, and they make her porridge just how she likes it! There is some form of entertainment both in the morning and afternoon 5 days per week, bingo, quiz, visiting singer etc for those that want to join in, and the lounges and dining area are comfortable and clean. Mums room is cleaned daily, and her bed is always fresh. The nursing staff keep us up to date on doctors’ visits and medically how mum is doing, and they are always happy to answer any questions. I have only ever witnessed professional behaviour towards mum and the other residents. I am confident that mum is well looked after and although it was at the time a very difficult decision in transferring mum to residential care, I am very pleased that we chose Beech Court.

I highly recommend Beech Court Care Centre to anyone looking for 24/7 care for a loved one. My mother has been at Beech Court in Romford for over 8 years now since going there for end of life care due to her dementia. She will be 89 next birthday. The long serving manageress Mary and her outstanding team of nurses and carers have ensured that mum is kept clean and comfortable at all times, and I have not once had to make a complaint. Not bad considering I have visited nearly every evening since mum arrived at Beech Court in 2011 and would have been aware therefore of any problems.Of course, some residents at the home have conditions that can be very testing to the staff, but even so I have only ever witnessed great care and professionalism from the nursing team at all times. 10/10

My Aunt stayed in this home for 6 months before she passed away, this is the worst place I have been in my entire life experience, the Manager Mary is rude and has no compassion and Bond Care before you reply I left several voicemails to complain and you never replied! There is a severe lack of human dignity and compassion , in the 6 months she sat in one room bed ridden, not being taken out in a wheelchair in the beginning and when not able to be moved there was no stimulation provided! She sat looking at four walls for months and often with no underwear on and exposed for everyone to see, she often was forgotten at mealtimes and I had to ask for a dinner for her, she also had many other complaints that were concerning in itself so I complained to the home manager who just slammed the phoned down on me, Bond Care didn’t return calls and Romford Council took 3 weeks to get a visit there! Shame on all of you that someone who helped many during her life spent her last days helpless... do not send your loved ones here, it’s been hell on earth and scarred me for the rest of my life that hers ended in this pitiful way....a horrible place and feel sick to the thought of me that anyone else will be living through that again hence taking the time to right this review I’ve never written a review for anything ever before!

Beech court care home has looked after my mother-in-law for many Years now, and I can't praise them enough with regards to the great quality care provided.Today was their summer garden party. All the residents were enjoying themselves joining in with the homes regular singer and his wife.My mother -in- law who has dementia seemed to enjoy herself and brighten up being outside in the good weather.Beech court provides great care and is a happy place to visit with friendly staff , for relatives and our loved ones who reside their.Thank you.

My husband didn't have a good stay, he came home in such a state, he had pushed the buzzer to be taken out of he's wheelchair & to be put into bed, only he'd been was waiting so long he tried to get himself into bed he was on the floor for over an hour, when he came home arfterI got back from hospital he was far from clean, this was around 21/2 to 3 year ago so I'm hoping they have better trained staff now.
