complete waste of time and unprofessional. we sent my daughters pictures via their website. They didn't even replied back then we decided to to pop up into their office, with an appointment When we arrived, they seemed completely unaware of our appointment, nor our names and the email images they left us wait for a 15mnts while they were giggling and laughing .Then one of the men took pics of my daughter and with in minutes he said to my daughter that she wasn't what they are looking for to am 16 year old teenage and he completely ignored me as her PARENT

My daughter is a signed model at this agency and I have to say they have been completely caring and guided her at all times. I highly recommend them and just to add they are supper friendly

A complete waste of time and unprofessional. I sent my pictures via their website. Their recruiter, Sasha, got back inviting me to pop into their office, so we set up the appointment. When I arrived, she seemed completely unaware of our appointment, nor my name and how I got in touch with her. She took pics of me to then say my look is not right for their profile.

They messaged me on Instagram wondering if they could speak to me about joining the modelling team. I asked for more information about what they were looking for and they were good with the fact they explained in detail what would be in store. I apologised and told them that the timing was a bit off due to education and the job that I am in right now. I went back onto their instagram page to find out that they had blocked me. I do not find this professional as I have not done anything bad or offended them.

Very Unprofessional agency. Wasted my time and put me in awkward place. I’m a Photographer and we discussed a test shoot with one of their agents called Morgan. She cancelled the model with me just a day before, saying the model has been confirmed to work on another shoot. Giving this short notice she embarassed me front of my creative team. So unprofessional
