Really friendly

I recently purchased several items of garden machinery from an extensive range at this family run business. I received excellent service and advice and would highly recommend them to anyone .

Sold me a Stga A1500 the thing doesn’t work. Gave them the opportunity to reprogram. Stiga UK rep came as well.It loses GPS randomly wanders outside the programmed boundary, doesn’t have all the advertised features and is generally useless.Tried to return for a full refund, but told I can only have 75%.Will be going to court as the device is not fit for purpose.One star as I can’t leave no stars.

TGC now service and maintain my Westwood tractor mower after some pretty disappointing episodes with other established companies. Am very pleased I have found them. Their service and assistance is excellent. Well done.

I discovered TGC Garden Machinery by chance in late 2020 whilst searching for Cobra Cordless Lawnmower and Grass Trimmer and what a find it turned out to be. A well rounded and hard working family run business with a great deal of knowledge and full of enthusiasm ...good old fashioned service in 'corner shop '' style. Wonderful. Brandon and Dean Plumbly (Father & Son)were quick to put together an effective package to deal with my medium to large sized lawn areas at a great price and even part exchanged my corded electric ATCO lawnmower as part of the deal. In the last few weeks I had occasion to call the team again to ''upgrade'' to a self propelled Cordless Lawnmower and auto line feeding grass trimmer and this time I was provided with a strong recommendation and 2-3 illustrations for a very nice package based on EGO products and again to incorporate my previously purchased COBRA equipment as part exchange.I was particularly impressed with the time they spent with me independently as they were preparing in the background for their first attendance the 2022 Suffolk Show. You just cannot fault service, expertise and great customer service of this kind...very rare these days especially. Good luck gentlemen in all that you do...I would not hesitate to recommend TGC to anyone. Bravo.
