Crolla’s Gelateria Rosemount

Fantastic Gelateria which offers cafe cooked food in addition to beautiful ice-cream. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. Always busy here!

I hate to give places bad reviews on customer service because as someone in the service industry myself, I know the stress of it all. However rude service is something to expect of a young worker on minimum wage; not a grown woman who I'm sure manages the place. This is the third occurance of this. First time I put it to a bad day, second time I found it odd but moved on, but given it is the third time the boss was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude towards me – a mere young person who was ordering something small just for myself – I cannot go with saying nothing.The food here is absolutely wonderful which is why I continue to return, but I much prefer ordering via delivery due to the rudeness of this worker. She always has a nasty tone, roles her eyes, raises her voice if you aren't sure what you're ordering yet (even if there is no queue,) and also seems to be quite harsh to the young worker that was helping her behind the counter. There are countless reviews stating the exact same thing, so I know I'm not alone with this. I have never reviewed anything before but it had to come to this. I really hope she fixes her attitude or at least assigns someone much more patient on the till so innocent customers don't have to deal with her snark.Again, cannot fault the food though!10/10 food.1/10 customer service.

Great establishment, had the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I was served by a handsome young man (red haired). We shared a laugh and he let me in on a little secret about the on street car parking. He was a real asset to the business! 5 stars from me

I was on 8 March.That time wasn't so good and I add 3 stars.Today I recharge this place for 4 stars.I know this place because before it was my agency for my flat lolIt's not much space in side but it's very nice in decor. Tables and sitting place is good, but could be more cozy.Working people are very nice, if is busy is more people, which is good.Menu is bigger now with lots of different deserts and also small menu for breakfast, which is good.My order on 8 March was toasted croissant with ham and cheese was best ever.We also had ice cream deserts,it was looks lovely and really a lot to eat, but I didn't really like it because I didn't know it was something in desert which I did like it, my wrong, that one with banana was better desert.On 02.04 i was with my family for deserts and was really amazing good as they looks, yes this time I had banana with chocolate :)Today I am again and I have just toasted croissant which is of course good and little lovely drink.I hope I will back here again :)

Lovely ice cream and a large selection, along with other goodies such as waffles etc. Would love to try a cold stone creation but was just a quick visit while in the city. I did think £7.50 for 3 scoops of ice cream is a bit on the expensive side however.

So good! We ordered the caramel apple, strawberry and Nutella and the chocolate fudge brownie waffle. It’s not sickly sweet, the waffles are soft and good portion. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My go-to for desserts.

A great local ice cream parlour. They usually have 2-4 vegan/dairy free options - sorbets and creamy ones. The prices are very reasonable as well and all ice cream is made on premises. Dine-in open until 9:30pm.

The staff are lovely, friendly. The food is fresh, amazing and wait time is not too much, I have had the best waffles in Aberdeen at Crollas. Their icecreams are delicious too.

A really good place to get waffles and gelato (as the name suggests). We ordered Affogato; which was really good. Next up was create your own combo waffle and it was one the best waffles I've had. Chicken Panini was okay as it lacked flavour and was quite bland. Overall, nice place to hang out once in a while.
