I had a great experience at this shop when I dealt with an older gentlemen. I was printing some ACCA exam material and he noticed and gave me a student discount even though I'm not technically a 'student' in the traditional sense. Went there a week or two later and this green haired specimen was behind the counter. When I explained that I received the student discount and what I was printing, I'm not sure what was going through her head, but she screamed at me and asked 'how am I supposed to know that?' in a very rude and condescending manner to which I told her that was the reason I was calmly explaining it to her. She ended up realising how poorly she handled the situation and printed the job but it was enough to never use this shop again. Terrible customer service and generally a terrible human being.

Have used these printers several times for large amounts of documents, party invites or just like today a single postage label. Friendly staff and well priced for the quality

Worst customer service I have come across, would not even give a star. As a graphic designer myself and dealing with my customers/clients I would never treat them in such a way. Jio was not so joyful at all. Very expensive for a design that I had to create in the end, and did not even get a refund or atleast a discount. I would not recommend this place unless you want a cowboy job done.

Used these a few times now and they've always been really helpful and super fast turn around... Much appreciated when I've left things too late as usual! Would definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service to say the least. I emailed them beforehand and asked for a quote for 5x7 templates and 1 a little bigger. She said it would be £9 but at the store I was charged £23.60. So way more than twice as much. When I asked her why she said its all in the receipt. But the receipt is all mambo jumbo. Has things that doesn’t make sense to me. Cause my order was the same as in my email. All the items were the same size except for one.I did email them to ask them why it it was mo where near 9£ as they had quoted me before. She said it was because of resizing issue. There cant be any resizing issue because the templates where 5x7 from my seller so all they had to go was print it out.Needless to say I will not be using them anymore. Avoid these frauds and scammers.Reply: ur staff is lying. Check ur cctv. My husband and kid was with me so I have people who heard what she said. All my prints & sizes were mentioned in my email. If u were charging me for closing time you could have just said that instead of writing jibberish on my receipt. Things that were not printed for me. And I could have gone somewhere else- much cheaper than you.If you want to refund You can do that on my paypal. You already have my email. Not wasting petrol on you frauds again.

Super helpful, friendly and quick service for any scale of printing needs. Used these guys for my wedding invites, table plan and cards etc and other printing odd jobs over the years - competitive pricing and great quality, would definitely recommend :)

Went into the store today to get 50 A6 flyers for a charity event. Done them there and then within less than 10 minutes.... As it was for charity the owner done them at a good price at his own decision. Will 100% be returning for other business needs
