Feelgood Dental

I recently attended Feelgood Dental for a hygiene session for my teeth. The hygienist Inga was excellent. She chatted to make me feel relaxed and to explain what was to be done. She was thorough and efficient in carrying out the tasks.

We had a 30 minutes follow up appointment with the orthodontist for my 13 year old son at 2pm. I collected him from the school and took him straight for the appointment.My son has been wearing braces since March this year. My son hasn’t had an opportunity to brush his teeth after lunchThe orthodontist removed the braces and discontinued the treatment for a month blaming that there are food particles on his teeth. On a 30 minute appointment, she must have spent only 5 minutesOn top of that orthodontist was very rude to me and my son.The issue we face with Feelgood orthodontist is that every time you get different doctors. It seems that they don’t have permanent doctors available and highly dependent on freelancersOverall we are very much unhappy about the practice and urge everyone to keep themselves away from if possibleConsidering the fact that this experience made my son very sad and depressed, I don’t want to offer any stars to Feelgood Orthodontist at all

Always the best service from this dentist. I see Grace who is very caring and informative about procedures. I have had two other dentists at this practice over the 45 years I have been registered with them! So I do recommend them.

My daughter has just completed her braces treatment. We are really happy with her orthodontist Lisa, who was polite, and gentle. Lisa would always talk through what she was doing each step of the way which my daughter found to be reassuring. My daughter now has beautiful straight teeth. Thank you Lisa!

Big thank you to the orthodontist Amruta and her assistant Ajmal for their kindness and professionalism. My 12th year old son had braces fitted today, it was a quick and easy procedure and i recommend it to other parents.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT!!! (you can trust)My usual Dentist failed me... My troubles started 6 weeks ago culminating in a difficult and painful 48hours of severe toothache.In desperation, I called all the numbers Google suggested for local emergency dental help on a Sunday evening. Only Feelgood dentistry responded to my plea for assistance. A charming lady called me back in the early hours of Monday morning to arrange an appointment for first thing later that day.Upon arrival, the lady at reception was pleasant and greeted me with a comforting smile.I was quickly met by the principal dentist who asked me meaningful questions and used his deductive reasoning with the tools of his trade to pinpoint the cause of my chronic toothache.He clearly articulated what the problem was and what my options were and using a printed price list made it very clear what it would cost. When we had agreed on the remedy for the diagnosis he quickly got to work, all the time conversing with me which helped put my mind at rest.I am thoroughly impressed with the practice, the knowledge, skill and the cost which was reasonable for a private consultation.Before leaving I witnessed another patient in reception who was in some distress and the dentist showed all the kindness to this person that he had shown me.A very genuine establishment with knowledge and skill that cares about the service they provide.

I took my daughter to get her braces put in, and I was very pleased with the service we received. We were seen by Ms Amruta, who was exceptional. The staff were professional, very helpful and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend.
