I was sceptical about the level of service I would get. Went in for air con check, turns out air con was fine and they did the free car check. No hard sell, no suprises that you need this or that. I spent £13 on coolant. Good efficient and honest service

Fantastic service replacing headlight bulbs on our Toyota Previa. For the third or fourth time, Sam was outstanding. The only operative able to do this job on our car, his patience, tenacity and attention to detail is a pleasure to see. He obviously cares about his customers and appears to take great pride in the service he gives. An asset to Halfords, who I hope appreciate the immense effort he puts into his work.

I had a booking for a wiper blade change at the Friern Barnet branch and asked if I could get seen sooner than my booking time slot. I was served by Cyril who was very helpful , he changed my wiper blade straight away. I was very grateful for his quick assistance and help

I had a fault with my seatbelt and an employee named Dudley helped resolve the issue. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and had everything working in no time. Can’t express how grateful I am for his help.Would definitely be back purely because of him.Thanks Dudley!! X

Its not the shop but Halfords system. I ordered online and went to shop to pick my item up but they did not get authorisation. I did not get a email receipt either so ended up paying twice and now have to reclaim my initial amount purchased. Also made 2 trips to the shop. Quite poor.

We needed to replace our car battery feeling first thing Saturday morning - not what you'd call a great morning out. How wrong we were. We were served by Gytis and Sam and as we drove away with our new battery we were smiling from ear to ear. It was a joy to be served by them both- they were just so kind, helpful and friendly. Thank you both for making our day!

Brilliant service and help from Dudley at Friern Barnet Branch with a child’s car seat- He took time and trouble getting an inherited mismatched seat and base unstuck from the car , explained how I could get the correct seat by contacting the manufacturer.Then helping me chose and purchase a Joie Bold R. He explained the process of fitting it as he put it into position in my car and adjusting it for my Granddaughter as far possible without her there .He made me feel confident about the process and dod not get impatient even tho I have mobility and strength issues . Tracy and the team were good humoured and helpful .

We went to get the two low beam bulbs replaced in our Prius. We got served very quickly and the job was done very quickly. This is the third time we have used Halfords for a small car related problem so obviously we are very happy with the service

Wanted to say a very big Thank you to Cyril for his above and beyond fantastic service in fitting new headlight bulbs and noticing that my coolant was low and needing filling up which kindly offered to do for me whilst I was there. A very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend Friern Barnet Halfords.
