The food was outstanding. Steak was cooked to perfection. Was a nice, comfortable place. Service was always there, making sure everything was good and if I wanted a top-up on drinks.

Prime Steak and Grill
A great upmarket, dining experience, including a fine selection, steaks and wine. Cocktails were great too, and there was a good selection of cocktails without alcohol too. The starters were pleasant as well however I felt as if the calamari was the only downfall due to a slight lack of freshness. All in all very good experience for stake lovers and the one I would definitely recommend to a friend. Lack of parking facilities.

My husband and I visited for his birthday as I wanted to treat him. We were greeted warmly and with a smile, which makes all the difference. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. Once we ordered we were given some cheesy scones on the house which were very tasty and it was also a very nice gesture. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. Its nice that you can chose your sides therefore you can tailor make your own meal. As they knew it was my husband's birthday they brought him a ball of sorbet with a candle which was a very nice touch.

The food was incredible. My steak was cooked to perfection. My only issue was that the waiter was quite busy rushing around and we were often left with empty glasses that needed refilling. Not sure why they took the wine bottle away from our table.

Incredible steak restaurant! The restaurants has a really classy vibe with terrace which backs on to the high street. The steak is unbeatable with a selection of sides. I recommend the tomahawk steak for two people. They also do a deal on Tuesdays that if two people get steak you get a bottle of wine for free which is a nice touch.There is also chicken and fish on the menu which is equally as good as the steak. The scallops to start were sensational!Staff were super friendly (Alex) and super knowledgeable on the wine list.

We were celebrating our grandsons Birthday The menu and the helpful friendly service lived up to expectations.From the macaroni cheese his youngest brother had, to the Sunday roast chicken, the burgers and ofcourse the tender perfectly cooked steaks.The photo demonstrates how good it was. (Sorry nothing was left).We hope to return soon.

What an experience. The food was amazing but the experience is always enhanced when you have amazing service. The waiter took his time, gave suggestions and entertained pleasant conversation. All when they are super busy. The fillet steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. I will be definitely coming back and not leaving it only for a special occasion. This restaurant is well priced and service is always with a smile. Even when we left every staff member smiled and said bye. This place sets a bench mark on service a lot of big chains can learn from a place like this.Thank you so much for making my birthday meal the best experience to date.

This is not even close to a 4 1/2 star restaurant. This is a restaurant that is trying to look high class but the food and presentation are maybe 2 stars tops with a 10 star price tag. Putting just a 300g steak on a plate for £37 is not a meal!! The visual look of the restaurant has a great feel and so much potential but they need to bring in the right chef and restaurant manager to fix the poor food quality and service.
