Dean came out at short notice to fix my 87 yr old dad's broken boiler as it was freezing outside. He was quick and efficient....Great service....Great price...very happy customer. I would definitely recommend him. Great stuff Dean!

Spoke with Dean on the Tuesday to book a couple of jobs at two of our properties and the plumber arrived just after 0900 hours the following day. He was fast, efficient, very courteous and very competitive pricing and we'll definitely be using Firwood again. First rate service all round.

Very cold weather and we had no heating or hot water, as pensioners that was a problem. Contacted Dean during a busy time and he promised he would make time to visit.Called later, diagnosed the problem, ordered new part and returned to fix the boiler.We can only say the service, help and commitment to his job are first class, we thoroughly recommend this company.Many thanks FirwoodStewart and Sue

Have used Firwood 4 or 5 times over the past 10 years or so, for jobs ranging in size from a quick call out to a full boiler installation. Honest tradesmen are hard to find, which is why I’ve stuck with Dean and the team, thanks again guys!

Yesterday at 8.00pm I messaged Dean at Firwood Plumbing and Heating about my elderly mums house. She is a vulnerable adult and main carer for my handicapped brother. She had no heating in her radiators and a blocked sink .Dean agreed to come out first thing Saturday morning at 9.00am and attended and sorted both issues within the hour.It was so easy to deal with Dean and I am extremely grateful for attending so quickly it has restored my faith in good trades and would definitely recommend.Number is now stored and will be back when needed Thank you .

Absolutely spot on! Dean and his crew did amazing job with new boiler's installation. The job required extra plastering so i thought there might be some extra costs but it turned out it was included. Very good communication, 100% recommended!

I'm so relieved to find a decent, honest plumber. Dean and his team have done several jobs for me, including boiler service and installing an outside tap. They are prompt, polite and do a great job for a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
