We have been renting an office since February 2018, the fact everything is fully inclusive is a big bonus, the reception is fully manned and there is a Bistro on the ground floor open to residents and visitors, each floor also has kitchen facilities with a fridge, microwave and quark hot water tap.Onsite parking is a bonus in comparison to town centre properties, the property is fully covered by CCTV so provides a feeling of safety if working late or early, when the offices are closed access is available to residents only by security pass via the car park gate.There are 3 meeting rooms with full conference facilities.The location is ideal with easy access to Wolverhampton town centre, train/bus station and 10/15 mins to the motorway.

Excellent location 7 mins from the train station and 5 mins from city centre. Fantastic listed building with modern furnishing and decor and excellent amenities

Great offices

We have an office at Deansgate & are extremely happy with the high standards, on-site parking, business lounge & all other amenities provided. Very helpful with new start up businesses too.

We are in our 4th year at Deansgate, the offices are high quality, soundproofed and spacious and the connectivity is top level. Having free access to the conference and meeting rooms adds to the value and the food available in the business lounge is a big plus, throw in the safe / secure parking and we have all we need from an office location.

We have recently moved into the Deansgate offices and I have to say they are in really good standards and work very well for us and our client, especially as we specialise in UK and global tax so host individual clients and large corporates. Staff really are polite, and helpful (a massive plus!), amenities are practical and to really good standards, secure parking, better priced than other serviced offices in Wolverhampton at this standard, and the location is practical just outside Wolverhampton town center, with good links to main roads. Overall really pleased with the office and space and highly recommend Deansgate.

We have been renting an office at Deansgate since June 2023. It is perfect for our requirements. The office is well decorated and has plenty of natural light, it is kept perfectly clean and the communal canteen is excellent.It is well priced and comes with secure parking.Jas is always on hand to deal with any questions that we have. I've been renting an office at Deansgate for just over six years. I'm very happy with the office space, there is also a staffed reception, onsite parking, CCTV, business lounge and video conferencing facilities. I've just signed a lease for another three years as I'm very happy with the facilities. I highly recommend Deansgate offices.

Have been working at Deansgate for several years now. The offices are in an excellent, easy to reach location. They’re beautifully furnished with a secure on site car park, a staffed reception and canteen. Fantastic place to work.
