Great service, staff was friendly and managed to get my screen fixed in about an hour, despite me coming in near closing. Would recommend to anyone with phone problems.

A Class! Went in there today, got a quote of £50 to get the Iphone fixed over the phone. The issue was the microphone was not working. Walked in Ztech and the Tech guy tested the phone, figured out the problem and cleaned it out without charging me a single penny. Spent a good 10-15 mins, made sure it was working 100% before giving it back to me. As a business owner, we have spent thousands of pounds with Geekys Sunderland, from computers to repairs over 2 years but now I have moved towards Ztech, Honest and Reliable. He could of charged the £50 or £10 for his time but charged me nothing! I will be back again 100% for all the office computers and phones. Keep up with the Good work guys!

Contacted about my kids’ iPads. 1 screen completely shattered, 1 hairline crack from top to bottom. Professional and quick screen replacement for both. I had also originally asked for screen protectors put on too and when I went to collect was advised that if they’re for kids he had cases that covered the front, sides and screen for the same price as the screen protectors would cost me. Means I now don’t have to hunt for decent cases and he’s saved me money. Thanks. Will definitely use for any further tech issues x
