Cockapoo and Friends

Anna is lovely and very helpful she quickly put us at ease. She was patient with us (being first time puppy owners, we had many questions) and answered all we asked and more. On booking, she suggested a puppy groom, as it was Maverick’s first time groom and only 4 months old. We were asked to read through and sign T & C ‘s along with any information on area’s that may require extra care and attention. Having returned to collect Maverick he looked fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Anna was professional, knowledgeable and happy to help us ensure Maverick stays clean happy and healthy. Didn’t hesitate to book another visit (full groom this time) in six weeks time. Anna grooms both my dogs and they look and smell amazing afterwards, their coats feel so soft as well.The total grooming experience is 2nd to none, she actually listens to what i want and delivers. She stands head and shoulders above other groomers.The ethos of Cockapoo and Friends is really wonderful aa well as she trains the dogs to be groomed without neck and belly restraints, which seems to be a common practice within the industry. So there is a special bond between her and the dogs she grooms, they love her and I have no bother dropping them off with her, they actually pull to get to her.Put simply if you want a groomer that both you and your dog trust and you want the very best - this is the place.
