Great service from this company, did repairs to my body work of my car due to a accident, and through my insurers. From picking my car up and bringing it back. Lending me a courtesy car. All staff where friendly and helpful. Especially the girls who kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Car was repaired to a high spec. I would recommend Brooklands, to anyone.

Took in for insurance repair, came back with every single panel out of alignment, after 2 more attempts couldn’t get it right. Trim different size and different type of plastic. 6 months later paint started chipping off so went back in to be rectified, painted again in different shade and ‘blown in at edges with the skill of a 5 year old. Couldn’t even be bothered to clean rest of car either.Update, been back in for them to ‘rectify’ and tank of fuel as compensation. Rectify = paint entire valance in wrong colour. Compensation = 1/4 tank of fuel not full tank of fuel…

My experience with brooklands is 5 star they collected my car and when I got my car back it was clean they what they said would happen they put petrol in it as stated on collection the staff from the car collector to the reception staff where so understand and made the whole repair process great I would use these again in future 5 stars is not enough thank you brooklands

Excellent customer service. They always responded to calls very quickly, quite different to my experience with other businesses, and also went all out to meet the tight deadline I had to ask for for the repairs, despite part shortages. The repair looks to have been done to a very standard so far and the car was returned in a very clean state. So far, a pleasure to deal with them. Kudos to their reception team and Jason. Only downside: the tank was left extremely empty, to the point I somewhat panicked to make it to the nearest petrol station. But all good.

Can only comment on initial experience. Insurance estimate. Staff were efficient, friendly and polite. Assessor happy to explain things to me as we went. Will update after further experiences.Edit: Vehicle collection was straightforward. Quality of work looks good.

Following recent damage to my beloved Mini Cooper I was instructed to deal with this company to arrange repairs etc. From the very first phone call with Sarah and collection of my vehicle by the lovely Steve I cannot find anything that was less than excellent service. Polite, understanding and professional throughout and hugely informative and helpful at all stages of the process and can’t recommend them all highly enough - thank you so much Brooklands at Lincoln - an amazing service from an amazing team of people - and also the repairs look pretty good too ! Absolutely appalled with the service and communication, initially taken 5 months to allocate garage and still wanting 7weeks later for my car to be returned. Only a matter of small wheel repair and keep getting passed from pillar to post in regards to the update!!!

If you'd have asked me at first I'd have given a 5 star review, communication was fantastic, everyone friendly and work completed quickly to what initially I thought was a good standard.Since collecting my car and noticing a large scratch on the bumper and my number plate barely hanging on as it hasn't been reattached properly I got in touch. Again initial impressions incredibly helpful, was asked to send pictures of the issues which I did.However this is where it goes wrong, I'm informed that the scratch can't have been there on collection and they have pictures to prove it, the picture I'm sent is from a distance with awful glares preventing any close up inspection of the area the scratch sits on, I point this out and I'm ignored and accused that I must have done it since collection. The issue with the number plate is not even acknowledged so I've purchased the number plate holder that was initially on the car, though not expensive a begrudged cost after an already large excess bill.Any attempts at chasing up the issues have been ignored. A real shame because it was honestly some of the most fantastic service until that point.

This place was recommended by an insurance company as I was stuck from behind by another vehicle. The back of my bumper was destroyed however I thought that it did extra damage to my cars alignment as the front bonnet and bumper had a gap between one another. They tried to ignore this and say it had nothing to do with the accident as it was at the front, I then had to ring the insurance to tell Brooklands to check the front of the vehicle and so they did. It took them 4 long weeks to sort out a back bumper which was repaired well (give credit where it’s due). I picked up the car earlier today, as soon as I set off I heard a noise at the front left of the wheel, I work round the corner from Brooklands so as soon as I got out my car I checked the left wheel to see the bumper nearly hanging off, so the wheel is now scrapping the bumper when I turn left and right, I don’t feel safe to drive it. I’ve got a before it went into Brooklands picture of my front bumper and I’ve got an after picture when I picked it up today, the difference is laughable and I argued with them and I got told by the site manager that it was my problem and I “better get it repaired haven’t you”. Really really rude towards me , acting like I don’t know anything about cars which is false. For them to have caused this damage they have clearly took the front bumper off and checked the vehicle and then very poorly put the front bumper back on. I’ve now emailed the pictures to the insurance of this proof and brooklands haven’t got a leg to stand on in this case, unfortunately for them. So DO NOT GO HERE.
