Dear Dr Greer, Wendy and general practice staff,I write to express our sincere thanks for the work of general practice throughout the pandemic.We remain hugely grateful for the efforts of Dr Greer and all practice staff at Lisburn Health Centre.We appreciate your reliable care year after year for our mum, especially the last few years and days of her life.I’d like to thank you for the excellent care and treatment my mum received at your practice and especially all the home visits Dr Greer did of late.Thank you all for everything you did for us.

Had two phone consultations. The first wasn't great but think it may have been a junior doctor I got. The second doctor, Dr.Smith, was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Upon visitation I got Dr.Ryan and again he was very good as were the nurses who took my blood pressure etc. Overall I was pleased how I was treated.

Never had a problem with Lisburn health centre. Always under pressure, but still do a good job. I had an appointment with Dr Mckee today, this man is so professional, and sorted me out with my breathing problems.

This Doctors surgery is honestly the worst! Tried phoning them while standing in the reception and they still all sat there laughing and ignoring the phones. I have tried many times to get a few simple medications and they just sign me up for therapy like this is unreal treatment. Should’ve closed down years ago!

Worst place to get through on the phone. Trying to access podiatry services & it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the phone.NO ONE answers, on hold for ages(hours) , get to the front of the so called queue & get cut off. How are Diabetics supposed to keep their feet in good condition if they CAN'T access Podiatry Services. I just get fobbed off every time I ring the switch board. If I could give NO stars I would have.

Only recently started going here. Awful experience already. First time going 2 weeks ago and witnessed multiple doctors (at least 10) going into the same tiny doctors room together to have their lunch while there was a full waiting area full on patients. Completely unacceptable while covid is still a very big problem. I then felt very unsafe going to see the doctor with my newborn son after witnessing this. The doctor was also quite rude and very unsympathetic and unprofessional while giving my son his first injections. She had no time for him or me and just looked as though she wanted to get them done and get rid of us, even though my son was screaming and crying. No empathy at all. I also have just had a receptionist speak to me in the most rude manor. Not at all the way anyone should be spoken to. Completely disrespectful atmosphere throughout the surgery. Overall complete disappointment with this GP surgery (Dr Ruddell).

Wednesday 19th October 2022. 1030am and tried calling over 80 times since 0830 to get an appointment for my 5yr old son who is ill. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve worked and paid into the system since I was 16, never claimed a single benefit, now I’m considering paying for private healthcare. The sooner the NHS is privatised the better.

Disgrace. You can not get appointment for love or money. Any wonder emergency in hospitals overloaded. Reception asks what Is it for. Not their business obviously you want appointment. Oh none available it's phone service only in a week. Could be dead by then. Sort it out not good enough for people

Receptionists are completely incompetent.When asked which practise we wished to register with we specifically requested whoever provided online appointment and prescription managing services (several in the building do). Receptionist proceeded to register us with one of the only practises who don't, whose website is a poorly formatted shambles of broken links.

How hard is it to install a call queuing system in 2022 for the love of god. It's not expensive and would make life 100 times easier for your patients.Avoid this practice until they have this resolved.
