Unbelievable service. Had a business emergency with a broken window letting rain and wind in damaging equipment. These guys had the knowledge to talk me through best repair options and provided the materials there and then at prices far less than other big hardware suppliers. Will not be going anywhere else in future for my building, repair and maintenance needs. Thank you so much once again!

Bought various supplies for my house revocation from here ranging from packs of wall tiles to wall insulation. All the items came in good condition. Was also able to get all my supplies delivered the same day which was very handy. Was able to get hold of them via phone in their open hours very easily and the customer service was very good. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your store. As a regular shopper, I have always enjoyed my visits, but today’s encounter with your customer service representative was utterly disappointing. I approached the counter to ask for advice on Pacific paintings, and to my surprise, the individual on duty responded with extreme rudeness and anger. Their lack of communication skills was evident as they dismissed my query without any attempt to help or even explain their uncooperative attitude. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. The poor level of customer service displayed by your staff member has made me reconsider ever shopping at your store again.I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe that businesses thrive on positive interactions and excellent customer service. My recent experience has shattered my perception of your store, and I urge you to take steps to rectify this situation. Genuinely the best shop for building supplies! Best coustmer service I have received, They did not have what I was looking for as it was very unique but worked something out and definitely sorted the price out. Worked over time for me to leave happy! Definitely recommend!!!! 5/5
