Lynne offers a very helpful service! When you are suddenly faced with learning a new system it's often difficult to work out more than the basics. Lynne is exceptionally patient and explains everything very clearly. It's so good to know she is there if I get stuck with anything on Xero. I've had 2 sessions with her to get to grips with some of the things I was struggling with, but won't hesitate to ask her for another session or two as I encounter new issues after using the system for a while. So reassuring to know there is expert help on hand which doesn't rely on watching a video!

I am the Finance Trustee for a small charity in North Herts. I wanted to move the charity's accounting records from an Excel base to an accounting software package. I attended the zero course as a novice user. The group was small and I didnt feel intimidated asking questions. Lynne was very patient and helpful and the course is planned well. Its a great course to learn the basics so you can go away and feel confident in your ability. The venue was excellent, the Quy Mill Hotel, a very relaxed atmosphere and fab food!

Lynne was recommended to me by a colleague. As I have recently taken on the book keeping for my partners business who now uses Xero.Having explained to Lynne I was a complete novice to all this. Lynne came out to give us 1:1 Xero guidance. She has a great amount of patience and uses non jargon during her delivery making it easy to understand.
