As a very nervous patient who needed an extraction. I was put at ease straight away, the procedure went great, I was given sedation and I don’t even remember it happening. Mr Khazenifar is a pleasure to be around

Wasted my time going for a consultation which wasn’t made clear upon my first arrival. I thought I was going for the wisdom tooth extraction procedure.I was told I would need general and local anaesthetic to remove the tooth which I had but seemed to be aware of what was happening. No gauze was given after to administer straight away blood everywhere. The pain after 3 hours was unreal. A real butcher of a procedure with stitches to my inner cheek and gum that pain relief isn’t helping. I’ve been three hours in A&E on the third day to see a doctor. I was in no pain prior to the extraction which seemed rough and brutal with little aftercare. Not impressed or happy with the pain this has caused.

They are all so friendly and polite. I was greeted with a lovely woman, and a very friendly man. As a nervous patient who has an appointment scheduled for sedation, they well assured me it would be okay and not like my other dentist appointments have been. The woman was even gentle with me when doing my X-ray, which I appreciate as my mouth was a little tender. Looking forward to my extraction, and never thought I’d say that .

The whole experience I had from booking my appointment to having my treatment was excellent. The nurse I had was very caring and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist also was very informative of what he was going to do and had no worries at all.

When I registered, I was given a big sales pitch about being part of Barkhill family.Had full check up (£192) and was told dentist would ring me the following day after case review. Took almost 4 weeks for contact to be made. Missed call but was told dentist would phone again. It is now over 2 months and I've heard nothing.Not an acceptable way to treat clients

Many years ago I had a plate made with a front tooth . This was done at another practice and it never fitted right … it was big it was loose and kept falling out while eating .. as I had paid privately for it I kept persevering with it thus was not done at BarkhillYesterday I had a new plate fitted and from the moment it went in it felt so much better .. it clicked into place and there it stayed . No movement at all and now when I smile you can’t tell any difference it just looks like my own teeth . I’m able to eat no problem bite without the fear of it coming away .. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody . The dentist Zaheda and Nurse Isobel were both fantastic and as a nervous patient they made me feel very relaxed . I don’t fear going to the dentist like I used to . I have seen other members of staff at the practice they have all been great and very kind . The reception safe are fantastic too

Dr Ben Beyqi and his lovely assistant was amazing today! I was feeling quite nervous and they put my mind at ease instantly. Wisdom tooth was out within seconds and I was aloud home after around 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place! They do a fab job.

Ben & Rahessa were absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting sedated and only my second time having a needle in the arm so I was absolutely petrified. Now I’m regretting not having more work done at the time as it was that easy and calming. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody that is really scared of needles and/or dentists.

I recently joined Barkhill Dental Clinic after being very dissatisfied with my previous dentist. I had a dental problem that Dr Ian, nurse Sofia and the team were able to repair. During the two hour operation I was treated with care and professionalism. I was unable to have sedation but felt no pain during or after the procedure. I am glad I moved here.
