We only wanted carpet for our kitchen but from when we called into the store to the time it was fitted the service was exceptional. We were kept up to date with information about the carpet. The fitters were excellent. Very tidy and no fuss.We are very pleased with the job and will definitely use them again when next in the market for carpet.The variety they have is fantastic so much to choose from.

From the minute we walked into the unit until the end of fitting the customer service was outstanding. We chose carpet for our landing and stairs, cork backed flooring for our hallway and herringbone flooring for our living/dining room. Lots of choice and outstanding quality. Fitters were professional, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even suggesting little finishing touches we would not have thought of. All flooring was reasonably priced. If I ever want any other flooring throughout the house I would definitely go back to Valley’s Carpets and have already highly recommend to family, friends and work colleagues. 10/10 service and fitting.
