Have used All Night for years and they have always been very reliable and helpful in arranging cars at short notice. Drivers are almost always, very polite and friendly.

My cab was on time and he had a rotten journey to gravesend but was very pleasant about it. I am now waiting at gravesend Lidl for oneof your cabs to pick me up to go home. I usually your cabs regularly as I am Old and disabled and nerd cabs to get around.

Polite and friendly drivers. Very good price. Rarely have to wait long when requesting a pickup. Generally very happy with All Night Cars. Last few weeks have noticed no text messages containing car details. Hopefully this will get resolved over time.

Turned up really late after a night out. I was concerned about some young girls that seemed uncomfortable with some guys talking to them. The gentleman working the desk volunteered to go and make sure everything was ok, and then arranged separate transport for both me and the girls to get home safe. Very good price on both trips, and top quality customer service

Had my cab booked last night which was on time as always is. My driver was friendly and polite. Had notifications to let me know when dispatched and when he was outside. Can always rely on All Night. Outstanding service with polite friendly staff. Thank you All Night x

I used the app to pre book a taxi to get me to the train station and the taxi didn’t turn up on time or let me know it was late. I had to call up to find out what was going on and they said they were waiting for a taxi to come into the area. It arrived 15 minutes late! What is the point in pre booking if you aren’t guaranteed a taxi?!

1st car we had to get to our destination was very dirty,crumbs etc all over the floor and seats.The 2nd car was lovely, very clean and smelled nice too!! The driver even wore a nice suit jacket and was very friendly and helpful as he saw I was walking with crutches. I will definitely be using them again.

I'm a disabled veteran that uses a wheelchair I have priority services and i can not get a per booked cab, because the drivers cancelled jobs all the time because its paid by cards when you phone in the controllers at dartford office are rude to you speak abruptly then try to blame you to give them the right to shout at you after speaking to a Co owner James who attuned was poor like he did not care and told me how they have no control over thier cars as the drivers are self employed but yet the owner nick gave me the priority not that I can ever use it, nick if you get to read this please call me hiding the post will make it reposted

Booked a taxi last minute for an event. 11pm pickup, very impressed, 10 mins before the taxi was due we got a text informing us our driver was nearby. In the text was a link that enabled to track where our taxi was. Driver a nice guy, would definitely us this company again. A* rating

Cab driver was very good. Bit annoyed that I had to wait an hour and a half for a cab though when the cab driver told me there was over 8 drivers waiting for work from 8am. As I phoned at 7:15, the controller should have sent one then. Instead I was told 9am was the earliest. Could have sent one by 8am.
