The Inspired Sales and Acquisitions team at Finders Keepers (FK) has been absolutely fantastic. We have worked with Richard for many years - as buyers and as landlords. This time we have bought a house being sold by FK and FK has also sold our apartment. Our experience as both buyers and sellers has been nothing short of excellent. Richard remains exceptional and we have also worked closely with Oscar this time. Oscar has been outstanding - very professional, courteous, responsive, calm and considered. We recommend the team very highly and will, without hesitation, use them again when it comes to selling or letting a house in the future.

Finders Keepers managed our property for five years after my wife and I moved abroad for work, and then acted as our agent when we finally sold it. From the outset they respected our wish to find a tenant that would take care of the property, and they ensured that any necessary repairs or general work were taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. While the sale of the property was difficult - through no fault of Finders Keepers - they supported us through it, providing honest, helpful and sensible advice. I'm very satisfied with the service that we received from them and I would recommend them to any prospective landlord or seller.

I have recently sold a flat in Oxford, working with Richard Massingham of Inspired Sales (a division of the local firm Finders Keepers) as my agent. Selling a property was a new experience for me, and Richard was extremely helpful at all stages of the process, as were other staff members of Inspired (Henry and Oscar) and the receptionists at Finders Keepers. It was a pleasure to work with such competent people, always on hand to explain things, answer questions, keep in touch about progress, and generally make things go as smoothly and quickly as possible.
