A first class service from estimation, booking, packing and delivery.Relocate Removals & Storage provided a reasonable and compeditive price after a visit and thorough inspection. Extremely helpful with their flexibility during what can be a stressful experience. Quick and efficient with packing at my old address and placement at the new. No damage or breakages, the lads dismantled and reassembled double bed.From receptionists, estimator, driver, grafters and owner, a friendly and reassuring service. Highly recommended.

Just used these guys to move from London to Essex and they were worth every penny! Mark came the day before and packed everything up to perfection (no breakages at all!). He was polite and professional and very helpful with the whole process. The next day the team came and moved it all in the van effortlessly. Moving some stuff that didn't fit in the lift without any fuss! They brought it in the new house with ease too, even removing a door to get something in, again without any fuss. Overall a great experience, I would recommend these guys highly. Thanks gang!

THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES! DO NOT USE!I paid (quite a lot) for a service and these people robbed us blind. My jeweller, my husbands watches. Our wine glasses. A large jar full of copper coins. Even the children's money box wasn't off limits for these awful people. And so much more! Anything of value that we had these evil people stole. Even my husbands vintage vinyl. They even made a big show about packing up items and they will be safe on the van but never showed up the other end. I asked the management about it but they laughed at me. Leaving me with crying children. Clearly its a common occurrence and how they make more money. AVOID THESE NASTY PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.

Whilst we didn't decide to go with this company as we made alternative arrangements, their service was spot on. Polite, punctual, and when we informed them that we had decided to make other arrangements, they were quick to remove us from their mailing list and wish us well with our move.Professional service without any undue hassle. Will look to use them in the future if required.

Excellent service. I cannot speak highly enough of Bill and his team, including all of the staff in the office and the removal men themselves, who were punctual, courteous, efficient, diligent and careful. Not only did they manage my removal very well, but they were able to pull a team and lorry together at the last minute to move out the lady whose home I was moving into and who had failed to book her own removal (!). What could have been a disastrous situation was saved by Bill and his team. I have had numerous removal firms in the past and I can safely say that Relocate Removals are by far the best, and that's after comparing to them to some of the supposed big names in their business. Thank you!

Thank you to bill and the crew for the friendly and efficient move. On the morning of the move they got everything out carefully into a big lorry to transfer to their storage, including our plants which they will look after! This is the first time we have used this company and we're very happy with stage 1. The move to storage was professional and courteous. Stage 2, the removal from storage to our new home has yet to be completed. But am sure it will be as professional as already experienced.

We were astounded as to the speed that the two guys worked - packing our 3 bedroom house in half a day ready for moving the next day.On moving day, the team worked non-stop to load the vans, carefully dismantling furniture and ensuring that all fragile items were well looked after. The house was empty in good time, ensuring we were ready for completion ahead of schedule.After completion and picking up keys, we met the team at the new property where they unpacked and reassembled furniture in less than two hours - taking care of the little things like setting up kids bedrooms so they would see their familiar things in their new rooms and not be overwhelmed.As we unpacked we were pleased to see that everything had been protected perfectly and due to their care throughout - we didn't lose anything or have any breakages.We could not recommend the team at Relocate Removals enough. They truly were the best and took all the stress out of moving house. Worth every penny.

My sister in law used this company to move her whole 3 bedroom house full of furniture to relocate from down south to up north. Totally professional and well.organised, the 2 chaps that represented the company where extremely pleasant friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend these to anyone with a moving need...

From the first phonecall relocate removals were efficient, no query of mine was left unanswered. Communication was excellent. On moving day, all the removal guys were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They took care of our belongings but worked great as a team to get the house emptied quickly. Even when there was a slight set back getting into the new house it was no issue. They made the whole process quite enjoyable and made me comfortable. I would not hesitate to use the company again if I ever chose to move. Thank you!
