I have purchased two Lexus cars over the last three years from this dealership, never again after the horrible experience I endured.Whilst waiting for my car in the showroom, my beautiful little dog was accused by Tom (service dept) of chewing his trousers, telling the girls at Reception, and making me feel totally embarrassed, to the extent that I felt I had to pay for new trousers and he agreed, I cannot understand how you can not feel a dog chewing your clothes.Nonetheless, Tom asked me for £25 which I paid cash.On speaking with my accountant, he was fuming that I had handed over cash without no evidence, and that this Tom had the cheek to scrounge it off me in the first place.After complaining, not once asking for my £25 back, George from service emailed to inform me that Lexus was refunding me the money by cheque.On arrival at the dealership to collect, George came running out smirking, it was quite clear they didn't want me in the showroom, George suggested I go from now on to Bristol, all because of the scrounger Tom...So much for customer service, more like shielding the scrounger, and in-between all this, I had to suffer abuse on the phone by telephone person Mel, who stated her oversized trousers were chewed, on asking for evidence, she said she had no damage, how strange, and she was very rude, who on earth is she?...Ms Lexus [not]On complaining to Head Office, Sally Stratton, as much use as a wet lettuce, absolutely useless, wonder what they are paid for.Phone call from Adam, recorded, of course, telling me I am welcome in the showroom, but also denying services to me, disgusting,why isn't the scrounger brought to book?. I guess they have a problem finding the right sort of staff, maybe they need to up the wages to stop their staff being rude or begging...I shall be purchasing, a German car next year, my current car is 3 months old and I keep getting problems, but told to clear off to Bristol all because of a beggar looking for new trousers on a customer, do it once, do it again...What these people fail to remember is, people like myself have to buy our own cars, not get swanky on borrowed cars .I have been treated like a piece of dirt by George / Adam / Sally / Phone person Mel / all for a scrounger.
