I tried a dozen times to bring forward the meal I'd ordered earlier, I ordered a meal for collection at 9:30 & was hung up on everytime, I even used 2 other phones just incase my phone was faulty.I don't know about what sort of service that your wanting but it's not the type of service I want.The food is good but the customer service needs improving & fast

First time trying it.Very good. Salt and pepper chicken is the best I have had for a long time, or ever actually. Not fried to a dry crisp and all hard like another Chinese we used to use.Large portions of everything and all very tasty and not swimming in oil.Best in Beccles in our opinion and won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I ordered from here because my regular Chinese takeaway was closed.I've never seen sweet and sour sauce look so anaemic before, and the chicken fried rice was cold on one side, showing clear signs of just being reheated in a microwave. Being takeaway food, I really don't expect much, but when you're paying an arm and a leg for it, you at least expect it to be freshly prepared.Their chips were pleasantly tasty, however.I think I'll just stick to my regular Chinese takeaway.

Don't bother ordering a delivery !! Placed my order at 6 o'clock for delivery at 7. Explained that I would have to wait at the gate as I was in a secured area. I made sure I was early so I didn't have to keep anyone waiting. At 7.30 rang the golden bowl to see if my delivery was on it's way to be told very sorry we're busy.!!! They couldn't even give me a time now, just that they were busy. Now bearing in mind I placed my order at 6 they had already had 1 and a half hours to cook 2 mains, 1 rice and a portion of chips I politely cancelled my order went home and cooked scrambled eggs.

Fabulous food again only problem for me is I live 150 miles away so will make sure I visit the area again. Great flavour good portions and arrives piping hot. Delivery service has been good arrives on time with friendly drivers. Thanks to all for the service.

Great takeaway had from here on NYE whilst on holiday nearby. Everything was delicious, and we would definitely eat from here again if we’re close! Well catered for vegan & non

This is by far the best Chinese in town for quality and quantity. For all the moaners on here about waiting to have their food delivered, I get off my backside and go in and order on the premises and I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes everytime.

Best Chinese food for miles and I have looked!! I travel from Lowestoft ( 8miles ) to get the best. This doesn't always notice I've been as you park in a car park and often someone else collects it but I'm a regular. :)

Had a very good takeaway meal from here two weeks ago. The Salt & Pepper squid was lovely and crispy, Singapore noodles had quite a few King Prawns and was very tasty and not greasy. Vegetarian and king prawn curries were lovely. I will be visiting again. The young lady at the till was friendly and it took all of 25 mins to collect. Highly recommend.

First time trying it, and it has to be one of the best Chinese takeaways the family have had for a very long time. Really good sized portions and very tasty. Will definitely become our regular Chinese takeaway!
