I have spent the last few months visiting amplifon in Cowley Oxford and always welcomed by Jo with a cop or lovely coffee, Thereafter I was seen by Ewa Kozlowska who tested my hearing and I borrowed a set of Danish hearing aids LINX Quattro 9 and a extra mike. The service is outstanding and very professional and conduct by Ewa was outstanding. I will five her 10 out of 10 for fantastic service. Thank you so much an thank you Joe for the lovely coffee. My visits were during Jan. and Feb. 2020.

Booked an appointment but when I arrived at the clinic I discovered it was closed. I was given no warning, no explanation nor compensation for having driven 10 miles. When I called I was offered a new appointment in 3 weeks time.

Extremely rude and stuck up woman at the Templar shopping centre, Oxford. If you happen to go in there while she's on the phone expect a bad attitude off her. I went in with the intention of doing business with the company but after my encounter with her I made my excuses and left, I'll take my business and money elsewhere. Will not be going back there anytime soon. Avoid.

Lovely lady very friendly and patient. I have been to several hearing aid places but she was the most thorough.
