Tracy was so lovely and friendly, I was anxious as I wanted to get my toddler’s hair cut and wasn’t sure how well behaved my daughter would be. Tracy made us feel welcome and the whole experience was relaxed and brilliant for my daughter’s first hair cut. We were both so pleased with our new hair, we can’t wait to go back.
