Glenarie Manor

I worked here, on and off as an RMN, for about 15 years. The residents and staff have been through rocky times with changes is staffing, and ownership. Alongside this have been sweeping updates to safeguarding procedures. At the heart of these disruptions, I saw friction, but also real teamwork, with the needs of the residents always paramount.I recently finished a 12 month stint with them. The management and staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating of my unusual circumstances. The residents were very pleased to see me back for a while, and I was very sad to leave!
