Mrs Potts Chocolate House
I've frequented this cafe on multiple occasions, and it's my go-to place when I'm craving chocolate. Their sweets are undeniably delicious. However, I must express some concerns. I've noticed, several times, that the cups, spoons, and other utensils provided are not as clean as they should be. Additionally, the service has been consistently slow. Despite the delectable sweets, these issues have somewhat dampened my overall experience.

the milk 32% hot chocolate is single-handedly the best hot chocolate i’ve ever had. it’s a good amount and a reasonable price aswell. the cookies and cakes are way too sweet in my opinion.

Follow this coffee shop on Tik Tok and couldn’t wait to take my little girl in. It was busy enough but not rammed, but I was ignored. The lady behind the counter was preparing an order- no ‘just a sec’ or ‘I’ll be with you now’ or a simple hello, just blatantly ignored. I’ve worked years at coffee shops and bars, and know the first rule is to acknowledge customers- I didn’t mind waiting. I hope the owner trains the staff up better. Straight to coffee one.

Mrs Potts Chocolate shop in Cardiff is an absolute gem! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a plate of their delectable brownies and ice cream, and it was truly a taste sensation. The brownie was rich, moist, and packed with the perfect amount of chocolatey goodness, while the ice cream was velvety smooth and complemented the dessert beautifully.What sets this place apart, though, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the fantastic owners. Visited Mrs Potts for a a quick coffee and cake. They offer they signature cakes and it was really nice that they have different hot chocolates. From 28% cocoa to 100% cocoa. Tried the 100% cocoa hot chocolate and it was absolutely amazing, pure chocolate. The staff was friendly but a bit too casual. There were a few tables that weren't cleared and cleaned so that wasn't very nice considering the place wasn't busy. It was a nice experience, coffee was delicious. The chocolate mousse cake was amazing!

Mrs Potts is the perfect place for your fave hot beverage, and the desserts are a 10/10. It's warm, cosy & welcoming esp during winter. When u will undoubtedly need an escape from the cold outside. It's perfectly located surrounded by other eateries and shops. Its atmosphere is what you need to getaway from all the noise. Give it a go! You wont be disappointed.
