.Firstly I rang to check if an item was in stock after I had being let down by other companies. After a returned call I placed the order online . It took 3 days from the time I ordered to me receiving my item. This company is very efficient and will definitely order from them again . Thank you

Ordered a bag for a Halloween event on the 28th October and paid for the express 48 hour delivery due on the Wednesday 30th October. It’s not the 6th November and I have still not received my order.Disgraceful customer service! I would not order from them again!

Buyer beware! The dispatching of items was good, but despite saying that they accept returns, it has been impossible to contact them about it and I have tried numerous times over the last two weeks. No one answers the phone nor responds to voice messages left and they do not respond to emails. One email address doesn't even work! Have given one star just because I at least received the item!

Wouldn't bother, items ordered not in stock. Yet order status showing completed. Only when I rang to query they decided to tell me they don't have what they are selling on the website.Only then would I have got a refund, otherwise they would have just accepted my money for no goods.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered bedding, paid on October 3rd, still nothing, no response to contact via email and facebook messenger. Called today; a man answered the phone like he'd just woke up. Turns out that they don't have my bedding (despite selling it to me via website and taking payment) but nobody bothered to notify me. Very unprofessional business, beware!!!!!!!

Quality of items were good but customer service appalling. First time part of purchase was out of stock, no answer to any emails, eventually sent another item. This time colour has been changed, so items do not match. Returned item, yet again no reply to emails or refund given. Going to take action to recover my money. They are a lousy company to deal with.

Purchased and paid for a patent leather handbag for my sister's 70th Birthday back in mid April 2022. Arrived with a big dent. To date no refund and no contact. Beware of these people they are scammers.

Purchased a duvet cover that has popper type fasteners instead of buttons & is totally useless. The popper fasteners don't work & I let this company know & they said they would let the manufacturer know. They didn't offer to exchange or refund. Poor customer service.
