Really informative and insightful. I thought I might be the picture of health but discovered I need to watch my cholesterol which was surprising to me as I didn't think I ate as much meat as others. But it was suggested this might be related to my alcohol intake and received some good advice to help both of these aspects. Very glad I did this, highly recommended!
