Recently purchased a caravan from North Yorkshire Caravans and we are delighted. A visit allowed us to view numerous caravans with no sales pressure. Once we had selected the caravan that was right for us Stuart talked us through all we needed to know - we are total novices. On the way home we lost a side fridge panel. Janean provided great post sales support to replace this. The caravan was immaculately presented and everything worked. Looking forward to many happy touring holidays.

Although we live in Northern Ireland we were able to arrange a trade in of our Caravan, and pick up new one while we were across on holiday. Videos exchanged via WhatsApp, all went smoothly, thanks to Paul, and a smooth changeover on the day. Follow up query also sorted. Most recommended

Only gave one star as that’s the lowest allowed but zero more like! We bought our Abbey vouge 495 2008 in May 2022. We did have friendly customer service and were very happy with it at first. We took one of the tyres off to fix a puncture after a few weeks of owning the van and it was so worn it was down to the wire! The tyre company said the tyre had been on since the van was new, this clearly shouldn’t have passed any safety tests they did to sell the van! We bought our new van yesterday from Stewart longtons in Chorley. They and us were totally disgusted to find the amount of damp in the van was extensive and clearly had been there years as the floor was rotten through and there was nothing holding the back panel on as it was rotten all the way round so much you could put your finger through. It could have fell off in the 3 hr journey down there it was so bad!! We paid £9000 19 months ago and got £2000 to sell it onto damp caravan traders. DO NOT be taken in by the friendly service!!

We were looking to buy a caravan and popped here on the off chance. The selection is small in comparison to others That we visited, but every single caravan was amazing quality. They helped us decide on the one we wanted and it was seamless from start to finish. They do a good starters pack for first time caravaners which we took advantage of. On the Day of collection the caravan was ready, clean and their experienced staff went through every single feature we’d need to know on the caravan. We’ve bought caravans before from the usual suspects, but on the occasion it just felt that’s little bit more special. In terms of value for money You can’t go wrong with North Yorkshire caravans. Every caravan was available to look around and there was no pressure whatsoever, but always somebody on hand to answer any questions we had, they were never pushy in any way a fantastic and honest supplier. Do yourself a favour and look no further.
